I like that.

These crazy times we live in, you'd think being crazy ought to be the new normal.

everyone has a shrink, hell we all need a personal counseler.

some use words to unburden,
some use art,
some use excercise,
some use drugs,

what do you use?

I like to use wool, yarn, or thread with a crochet hook, knitting needles, or the sewing machine.

Some other times I write poems, read a book, or watch a movie.
