Just then I realized that any frustration I feel is of my own making.
No doubt the sailing on saturday was probably epic. I missed it because of the complex world I find myself in. 99 days out of 100 it is worth it.. but when that one day comes along and responsabilty gets in the way of fun it is really frustrating and difficult to cope with.

That aspect of this life is not pleasant.
