"I thought you'd never make a move" she said as we went over the details of the night before. "Well" I answered thinking about the nervousness I felt last night and the sexual tension. "it's just that I wasn't sure you wanted me to. I was worried that if I made that bold move and was rebuffed you would be uncomfortable on our little adventure here in Maine and above all I want to have fun camping and surfing with you. That whole business last night was an incredible bonus." Battling her eye lashes coquettishly my new girlfriend feigned shyness as only the French can. "Why then would I have accepted your invitation for this trip last week in Montreal if I was not interested in that way with you?" "I don't know, really I mean confidence in matters of the heart is a strange thing, sometimes you just know, sometimes your not to sure what the situation calls for. Anyways I'm glad it worked out as it did." We pulled up to the break and pulled on wetsuits and paddled through the cool morning mist. She was beautiful and I was happy and satisfied on this morning. The world always looks better after a night before.
