Get gear 5.5m + 9 ft slalom board
20 mins to beach traffic hell
4:00-4:10pm rig up
4:11pm Launch slog through shallows head for deep water
4:17pm first pass smash fin into submerged rock breaking it clean off
4:18 pm slog through shallows to beach
4:18 pm - 4:30 :pm derig whimpering quietly
4:30 pm - 5:00:pm stuck in traffic home more whimpering

Lingering feelings of dissatisfaction combined with bouts of deep anger & frustration.

I blame society.
