This letter is in response to your letter dated March 18,2003 and also to protest your actions of July 6 2003. You have removed (Stolen?) my pump and forbidden access to the well to which I, Megastir have a servitude registered at the land registry office granted to me by the previous owner Mr. YYYYYY. In lieu of this and the following paragraphs culled from the Quebec Civil code. I demand the return of my pump and the restoration of the servitude towards the use of that well or the sum of seven thousand dollars within 10 days towards the restitution of a similar well in light of said servitude. Otherwise I may take legal action against you immediately and without further notice.
