wow another foot of fresh snow up here to round out the winter.

Makes it a little hard to mtn bike though, but the snowboarding has been incredible, so we got that going for us.

Cottage roads are still frozen so its a good time to 4-wheel a few loads of cut oak maple and birch in to top up the wood pile. The whole wood chopping thing can be pretty good exercise too. Theraputic as well, take out latent frustrations by smashing things with an axe. Man what is the best way to deal with frustrations?

Scream therapy? Smashing things with an axe? Ignore and try and bury the problem deep in your psyche so it bubbles up later in wierd and unexpected ways?

Coping strategies any one?
