yah know it is common up here to have some local character look after your country estate while you work in the city.

Being a bit of a real estate tycoon myself I have hired the services of this fine west Quebec gentleman to look after my vast property holdings.

He's a bit wooden sometimes but hey, aren't all country folk?

Never the less he's kept his eye on the place for several years now
