Dear world:

This is my canoe. Not all Canadians have canoes, just most of us. This canoe although frozen now has served me very well. It used to be Mr Cole's canoe but for some reason he didn't want it any more and so my mom had it for a time, then when I purchased a cottage she gave it to me. It has now served me for more than ten years.

You go canoe! (insert finger snap here).

Mostly I leave it here by the lake. Usually I turn it over but as you can see sometimes the wind must catch it when I'm not around and blow it over. This naturally causes lots of damage, but I always fix it. Mostly I use Marglass marine bondo.... but thats neither here nor there really.

In front of the whole world I say to you, canoe:

Thanks for shuttling me out across the lake.
