Fucking Quebec!

The gov't legacy is one of confusion. Its a province that acts like its its own country. A separate tax collection sysytem even a completely different legal system WTF?

Always a challenge. If you want to make your life as difficult as possible in North America, move to Quebec. You won't really know whats going on most of the time and as an added bonus you'll be discriminated against because your not a "pure laine" Quebecois.
