Megastir announces boredom with blog format
On a rainy Tuesday like no other, Megastir took to the podium for perhaps the final time, in 2003. “This project is stale. No longer am I satisfied producing a tiresome website with dark text and a light background. No longer will my tired stories and ludicrous insights be published here. It’s time for a change. In fact due to extreme laziness and a lack of talent I may not ever post again in 2003. Perhaps the new year will reveal itself to be full of inspiration. But like most things in my life, I’m sure it will be utterly devoid of excitement, purpose or insight. I will continue to monitor the internet for it is a medium and in fact that may be the message. Thus I bid you all farewell and I will depart in my usual style.”
With that Mega bellowed out his usuall farewll chant. “So long suckers!” he screamed above the rumble of a powerfull V8 engine in his slammed Chevy Vega. Then he roared off into the rain soaked streets of the naked city or rather the naked tundra of his remote northeastern range.

The crowd seemed sad and did not want to leave the press room. Suddenly a strange phenomena began to unfold. One lighter after another was sparked and raised high in a sea of clenched fists. The mass of reportage was perhaps making a tribute the now nearly forgotten blogger, or maybe hoping for an encore performance from the strange little man. However this reporter was not about to stick around for the encore if it was forthcoming. For the internet, if it is anything, is a lightning fast medium and those who can’t adapt are soon forgotten, except of course for the cached copies of their pages.
So gentle reader I assure you that that guy who we have been reporting on mega-whatever will........well…….. geez I’ve lost my train of thought…. Embarrassing..uh….hmmm...uh yeah whatever
