I can replay events in my life over and over. I guess it may be some form of OCD. Maybe thats why right now I have a desire to sail in heavy conditions. Such storms are so all consuming you can't think about the every day problems while your on the water. Just survive. No thoughts of the past, no thoughts of the future just the immediate moment. I like that sometimes. A sort of mental peace.

"La La La sailing" Like sailing was the only thing in the world.

Then we'd laugh and laugh, that was the best!
