It's a tool available for free, the only thing you invest is a little bit of your time and a small fraction of your soul.

Took two sets 6-4, 6-4 from tennis friend. Then biked home 10 kms in a vicious lightening storm in the dark, hail, mud and pouring rain all around. It felt great.... life is great

Sorry you had to die of breast cancer. I know you wanted to live. It seems so unfair. I miss you and think of you often. One good thing though is I learned a lot watching and talking with you in the last few years. You were a smart lady and a great mom. You showed the way and that's what you do with children. Show them the good path. I have some kids in my life now. I hope they see a good example in me.
What was it like after the line went flat? You seemed scared, I know I was. Do you think its true that you can give too much of yourself and it can make you sick.... or at least make it so your immune system is run down? What about Hormones or PVC plastic, air pollution, pesticides and lead and all that other stuff in the world today. Do they have all the answers where you are? Does it even matter. Is life just a punishment and the afterlife where it's at?
